And this can decrease the stress concentration to up 44%, overcoming the serious broken T-shaped root problem caused by non homogenized heat treatment and overconcentrated stress on the root.

Characteristics of (Golden Cross Steel) JFE880NH
Steel material imported from JFE steel corporation, the non-quenched and tempered steel-JFE880NH (Golden Cross Steel). Patented steel composed of manganese, vanadium and other chemical ingredients.
JFE880NH was produced under low-temperature and high pressure and can be manipulated without heat treatment. Convenient for shortening production process and time of deliverance. The hardess was evenly spread in the exterior and the interior part of the steel, making it highly in tensile strength and low in extension, all expands life duration of Tie-bar and machines.
